Charlita helps you learn English or Spanish. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You need a valid email address to sign in. Keep access to your email safe: whoever controls it controls the account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Do not abuse the service: no scraping the course, no flooding the AI features, no attempts to access other people's data and no using the social features to harass anyone. The AI features have daily allowances so the service stays affordable for everyone.
The course, the artwork, the audio and Charlita herself belong to us. Your learning data belongs to you: you can export it or delete it whenever you want.
AI features can make mistakes. The tutor's corrections and the pronunciation scores are learning aids, not authoritative judgments.
Charlita is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it fast, correct and available, but we cannot promise it will always be. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from using the app.
You can leave any time by deleting your account. We can suspend accounts that break these terms. We will say why.
